Dean Allen Kackley

Dean Kackley, licensed attorney and real estate broker, possesses a thorough knowledge of current lender loss mitigation activity. He counsels borrowers regarding mortgage relief options and represents them in loan work-outs with their lenders. He worked briefly for the Independent National Mortgage Corporation (IndyMac), a market-maker for mortgage-backed securities (MBS), mortgage pooling and servicing investments, and alternate and sub-prime loans.

He is the author of The Loan Modification Guide for Homeowners and their Professional Advisors, the consumer’s version of the federal Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP).
